| I have been a long time customer of Park Avenue Service and have always been very satisfied with the work performed. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and easy to do business with. Their car problem diagnosis is tops. I've had many repairs done there and I've never had to have a "redo". |

| Don't know how Tom does it but for over 30 years he always gets the car back when he says he will. Park Avenue never takes a short term customer/emergency at the expense of a scheduled appointment. Park Avenue never makes excuses about not being able to get a part or some other reason to keep a customer's car for days. Each and every time Tom keeps to a schedule and completes the work when promised. Park Avenue doesn't overbook a particular day just to keep from losing some business. Makes it very convenient to leave a car for work knowing that you will get the car back when promised and won't have to reschedule your other goings on. Also, it is not uncommon to find that your car didn't need any kind of repair but just needed a minor adjustment that costs almost nothing to speak of. Yearly inspections are often completed with the car needing no work other than the actual $37 inspection. Park Avenue doesn't pad bills by finding problems. |
